Air Traffic Control Center

The Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunication, Air Navigation Directorate kicked-off the New Air Traffic Control Center project, that compose the latest technology in the Air Traffic Management system

To keep pace with the rapid growth within Bahrain Flight Information Region that expected growth of 23% in year 2020 and to ensure that all Air Navigation Services are provided at high level of standards and quality in the interest of safety, efficiency and economical conduct of lights. The Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunication, Air Navigation Systems Directorate kicked-off the New Air Traffic Control Center project, that compose the latest technology in the Air Traffic Management system and establish a state of art facilities for the provision of Air Traffic Control Services within Bahrain’s Flight Information Region at Bahrain International Airport.
